Whether you noticed one of our signs, received a referral, or are looking for a better renovation experience, we are here for you. We will start with a relaxed and fun consultation at your home or our office. From there, we will work together to create design plans and an initial budget that brings your vision to life, whether that takes a week or involves a six month search for the perfect custom home lot.
Finalize and Select
Once the goals are clear, we confirm the details. We will finalize the pricing, project allowances, and construction timeline. After signing the contract and securing the deposit, you will collaborate with one of our designers to finalize your material selections. This ensures everything is ordered and arrives right on schedule.
Build and Complete
The big day has arrived! Our tidy and respectful crews will arrive onsite to begin construction, keeping you updated with regular communication and walk throughs. Once the work is done, we will do a final walk through together and hand over your warranty information for total peace of mind.
